We have launched this fundraising campaign to continue our programs and launch new ones which will help us better serve our community and expand our reach. These programs include:
Youth Empowerment (continuing since 2021):
Our youth empowerment program is designed to provide young people with the skills and resources they need to succeed. This program will offer activities such as leadership training, self-improvement, science, English, coding, biology, and even gardening classes. This targeted program can really help to build a brighter future for our youth, and we have seen amazing impact already.
Women Empowerment (continuing since 2018):
Our women empowerment program is focused on providing women with the tools they need to become entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. In addition to informing women about their rights and assertiveness training, we offer classes in sewing, photography, jewelry making, and graphic design. These skills enable women to create their own businesses and contribute to their families' financial stability.
Children with Disabilities (continuing since 2020):
We believe that all children should have access to educational opportunities. Our program for children with disabilities aims to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and socialize with other children. We provide dedicated learning classes and mixed activities with school children in extracurricular activities such as art, photography, and music.
Summer Camp (new program):
Our summer camp program is designed to provide children with a fun and educational experience during their summer break. The camp will include activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and field trips. Your support will help to ensure that more children can benefit from this program.
University Scholarships (continuing since 2016):
We believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future. That's why we are offering university scholarships to bright high-school graduates who can't afford the tuition fees. These scholarships enable students to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals, and we have already 34 graduates from this program.
This donation will allow us to continue and grow the positive impact of life-long learning, social inclusion, and growth through Bareeq's safe space programs in our communities, and help more people achieve their full potential for the betterment of all.
