You spend the majority of your working life to secure ownership of your land. It provides you with identity, security and peace. Land is also one of your biggest assets that is a finite resource and increases in value over time.

It is Mr. Max Burts belief, as an affected law abiding Australian landowner and tax payer, that Australian Governments are hiding behind unlawful legislation to enable the LEGALISED THEFT of private land and property rights. In law, this theft conflicts with the CROWN GRANT that is the SOURCE of FREEHOLD TITLE. Conveniently forgotten case law confirms that the Crown cannot ‘giveth to the people on one hand and taketh away from the people on the other’.
