What is the academy about...
At Ashfurlong Academy, we believe in a world where the socio-economic barriers to a professional career are removed. Our free training program is about developing the next generation of consulting talent and creating opportunities for young people stifled by their circumstances. They are the Ashfurlong Academy Aspirants.
What is the training about...
The training is open to outstanding individuals aged 18 to 25. As Ashfurlong Academy Aspirants, they join a week of rigorous online consulting skills training complemented by further online learning. They also benefit from experienced mentors dedicated to giving back and nurturing new talent. This free bootcamp style program gives Aspirants a chance to open an otherwise locked door and apply for consulting roles.
Why should corporations be interested...
The bootcamp program presents an opportunity for corporations to meet and recruit young, talented individuals who are building a robust foundation in consulting skills. Supported by mentors to enhance their business understanding, graduates of the bootcamp have great consulting potential, allowing leaders to confidently add valuable members to their teams.
How much is sponsorship...
We are hugely grateful for your support and recommend the following amounts for sponsorship:
◘ Personal Supporter: any amount from £100
◘ Corporate Supporter: any amount from £1,000
◘ Corporate Benefactor: any amount from £5,000
All corporate sponsors will receive brand recognition in our social outreach and our coverage on national and online news media. We provide updates on each cohort's progress and this can be included in ESG metrics and reporting. Benefactors are also invited to meet each cohort and are encouraged to offer consulting roles or internships. There are no fees associated with hiring.
For our personal sponsors, we will share stories with you about our Aspirant's progress and the difference you are making to their lives.

For financial context, each bootcamp place costs £5,000 encompassing training, mentorship, and subscription fees. We rely on sponsorship to sustain the Ashfurlong Scholarship Fund and supplement our philanthropic efforts.
