In 2022, ARI focused on our initiative to make archaeology accessible to all! Thanks to your support, together we are making it happen! Here are some of our wins for this initiative…

  • We removed the economic barrier of set pricing and moved to a suggested donation model for all of our hands-on experiences. 

  • We secured funding for youth of all ages to learn from our Youth Archaeology Club and summer day camps at no cost. 

  • We secured funding for local and regional schools to field trip with us at no cost.

  • We secured funding for Veterans to get hands-on training through our VALOR program in hopes of offering a career after service. 

  • We secured funding to purchase a golf-cart to transport visitors from the parking area to the field and through our augmented reality trails. 

  • We found 10+ scholarship opportunities for field students to pay for field school.


We secured 50% of the funding needed to purchase a 12-seat passenger van to transport the public for our local and regional archaeology tours….help us close the gap!
