Friends of Dana and Correia is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to support and enhance the educational experience of students at Dana Middle School and Correia Middle School through volunteer coordination, fundraising, community engagement, and financial support of programs, activities, and resources not fully funded by the school district.
Where does your money go?
- Students: School supplies, Assemblies, Awards, Tutoring, Homework Club, Field Trips, 8th grade promotion, Military Family Engagement, Fun Runs
- Teachers and Staff: Back to School breakfast, teacher appreciation week, staff start of the year gift cards, teacher and staff grants, principal funds
- Community: Parents only event, Music festival with student performers
