At Galatians Community Health, our mission is to provide quality healthcare to underserved communities with an emphasis on reducing maternal and infant mortality rates in underrepresented women and children.
The state of North Carolina is ranked 8th highest in infant mortality rates. Our community is constantly at high risk due to lack of access to proper healthcare. Patients aren’t receiving the care needed through a pregnancy, increasing the overall maternal and infant mortality rates. At GCH we work to prevent this maternal health crisis by providing prenatal, post natal and infant care. However, we can’t do this alone. Galatians Community Health relies on the support of the community to continue to care for the community.
Our vision is a world of equitable healthcare with open doors instead of barriers. We work to reduce maternal and infant mortality by providing the quality care that our patients desperately need.
