My name is Alyssa Roman. I'm currently a full time missionary with Youth With a Mission (YWAM). I graduated Discipleship Training School (in Mazatlan, Mexico) and then I was invited to apply to come on staff at the University of Nations in YWAM Kona!
Since I met Jesus in the Spring of 2023, I've been forever changed by obediently walking the path He has set before me. I believe the Lord wants to use my testimony to change the world!
He has given me a heart for missions, especially for women and discipleship. I want to help women know their identity in Christ and to empower them through the knowledge of their original design.
At YWAM Kona, I will be given the extremely special privilege of walking with 8 individuals for one-on-one discipleship every quarter!
I will also help to lead a volunteer group called Kokua crew that serves the global missions movement in hands-on, practical ways.
I'm asking every person I can to financially partner with me in order to serve this missional calling on my life!
