We are reaching out to our beloved community with a heartfelt appeal. Alhamdulillah this centre has long been a beacon of light and a source of unity for all who gather within its walls. However, as with any facility, it comes with its own set of operational expenses that are essential to its continued functioning.
These expenses include, utility bills, cleaning services, maintenance and repairs, waste management and disposal, special events and programs, audiovisual equipment maintenance, insurance premiums, landscaping and gardening maintenance, pest control services, administrative cost, employees costs, technology expenses, equipment upgrades, auditing and compliance fees and much more! These overhead expenses may not always be visible, but they are the backbone that sustains our centre and allows it to flourish.
Some of these expenses include
$60K for Electricity, Water, Gas and Internet
$50K for maintenance and repairs (glass doors. Etc.,,,)
$60K for Public Liability, legal and Insurance costs
$250K in Wages
$140K genral Admin costs
$240K in Finance costs
$350K in Qard Hasan Repayments
Without your support, meeting these overhead expenses can become challenging, potentially jeopardizing the services and activities that our community relies upon.
