Join us in empowering minds across Africa: Support our Building Brighter Futures Programme in Kenya ππ
At ATCF, we are architects of transformation, and our "Building Brighter Futures" programme is designated to empower the future of Africa.
We are on a mission to provide essential mindset training to the dynamic youth population, aged between 18 and 25, in Kenya, aiming to empower these individuals to master their minds and achieve personal and professional success.
Through our 6-months training, our students will change:
- Beliefs
All students will have created at least 3 new beliefs about themselves and what they can achieve.
- Personal Economic Futures
Students will not just learn, but implement how to become financially self-sufficient
Hear from one of our past participants, Rebecca: Before I went on the programme with ATCF, I did makeup as a hobby, but now I have built a business around it and for the first time ever, I am supporting myself and earning my own money. Everyone told me I couldn't do it, but I did!
- Qualified young people
Students will have gained new qualifications for themselves
Hear from Marvin: Going through ATCF's mindset training, I made a decision to apply to university to study Business Administration. I sourced my own funding for this and started a small stationary business as a means of survival. Now, in my final year at university, I have many big plans and ideas for expanding my business for the future.
- Impact on local communities
Students will have developed their leadership skills to contribute positively to their respective communities
By donating to this campaign, you will be part of a movement that seeks to empower young minds to reimagine their futures and think beyond their circumstances.
We currently have 7 trusted partners in 7 different countries in Africa whose full focus is directed at the wellbeing and development of young people. Our aim with these partnerships is to switch to a local ownership model that leads to sustainable development within each different community.
As one of the students from our pilot project in Zambia puts it: The major change for me is now how I think. Having focus in my life, growth in my self-esteem and courage to stand for what I want. I used the information to improve the slow pace of my brother's business, and surprised my family because I achieved in 3 weeks, a supplier deal that normally takes 2 years to accomplish.
