I am Shorouq, a 26 years old woman and I have three children: the first is 5 years old, the second is 4 years old, and the third is 1 year old. My elderly father is 68 years old and unable to work.
We all live in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in northern Gaza. We were without shelter or tent for a while, sleeping at my neighbor's house, and in the morning going to our demolished house and sit in front of it. Then the neighbour said we had to go. And then in December, my father died, which was very sad for me and my children. Now we are alone. I manage to find a simple room with a toilet for us, but it costs 300$/month. And I also need food and basic things for me and the children.
