Hello, my name is Aya, and I am writing to you from Gaza.
My family and I have lost everything. We were forced to flee from northern Gaza to the center of Gaza City after our home was destroyed. What used to be our safe place is now gone, and today we are living in a worn-out tent that cannot protect us from the burning heat of the sun or the freezing cold of winter nights .
There are 11 of us trying to survive together under these conditions. Every day is a struggle—not only because we have no home, but because so many in my family are suffering from serious health conditions.
My father has a metal plate in his hand and lives in constant pain. My mother is battling chronic gallstones and liver stones and urgently needs surgery that we simply cannot afford. My younger brother, Muhammad, is dangerously malnourished and cannot properly absorb nutrients.
My baby sister was born during the war and is already fighting heart and respiratory problems. Another sister suffers from gland issues and a painful stomach ulcer. We are exhausted, scared, and running out of options.
We have documents and photos to prove everything we are going through, but more than anything, we need someone to hear us and care.
What We Urgently Need Food:
Daily meals, bread, rice, canned goods, and basic nutrition to keep my children from going hungry Clean Water:
Safe drinking water for everyday survival
Shelter: A stronger, more durable tent or materials to protect us from extreme heat and cold .
Clothing: Warm clothes and blankets for winter, and light clothing for the summer heat.
Medical Care: Treatment and medicines for my siblings , and basic healthcare for other member of my family.
Financial Support: Help covering daily survival costs and urgent needs as they arise
