"Hello. We are a family of five people. My husband has a visual impairment that makes it difficult for him to find a job. I've tried to work on whatever he can find but it hasn't been easy.
Our eldest son, Ahmed, is already 11 years old. Abraham is 9 years old and Mohammed is 5 years old. We have not been able to enroll them in the school because we cannot afford it. Ahmed went to a public school for a bit, but then he was not allowed to re-register. Ibrahim and Muhammad have never set foot in a school. It hurts that my children will never have the opportunity to learn and be normal children. Instead, they spend all day at home, trying to help me however they can. They very good boys. They are my everything.
Trying to pay the house rent, electricity and water bill has become a scary nightmare for us. We go to sleep every night not knowing what would become of us the next day.

"Hola. Somos una familia de cinco personas. Mi esposo tiene una discapacidad visual que le dificulta encontrar trabajo. Yo intento trabajar en lo que sea que pueda encontrar pero no es fácil.
Nuestro hijo mayor, Ahmed, ya tiene 11 años. Abraham tiene 9 años y Mohammed tiene 5 años. No hemos podido matricularlos en la escuela porque no podemos pagarla. Ahmed fue a una escuela pública por un tiempo, pero luego no le permitieron volver a inscribirse. Ibrahim y Muhammad nunca han puesto un pie en una escuela. Me duele que mis hijos nunca tengan la oportunidad de aprender y ser niños normales. En cambio, pasan todo el día en casa, tratando de ayudarme como pueden. Son muy buenos chicos. Son mi todo.
