Help Bashar!

Bashar run away with his family to Lebanon. But the war and the poverty he had endured, were nothing compare to what was about to come. His brother never left Syria and, after surviving a war, he died in the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria. He left behind 3 children.

Bashar and his sister took in the children. He has 4 children of his own and so does his sister. Her husband died in Syria and she has been a single mother ever since.

Bashar hasn't been able to pay rent and now, with 3 more people to feed, things are becoming really bad. He says he is tired. The stress of having to keep his family safe and healthy while trying to support his three nephews has left him no time to properly mourn the lost of his brother.

"I try to help them get rid of the trauma, I try for them to smile and be happy but all I really want to do is to stop. I just want for everything to stop for a bit so I can have time to breathe."

¡Ayuda a Bashar!
