 2025 Giving Campaign

Fueling the Impact!

Help us reach our immediate goal of 200 monthly supporters!

Our monthly sponsors are the backbone of the organization and a vital piece of the Pray - Give - Go pillars of our philosophy. They allow us to financially plan our clinics on an annual basis and provide the essential safety checks to our aircraft.

We are asking those who feel called to partner with us and pledge to become a new monthly sponsor. We have five levels that we hope you consider with an added Thank You gift at each level (min. 1-year commitment).

To become a vital monthly supporter, select "monthly" above the suggest amounts - it's that simple!

We have

4 AREAS OF IMPACT

this year

1.  CRITICALLY NEEDED EYE SURGERY EQUIPMENT & EYE CLINIC EXPANSION

We see 350+ patients and perform 180+ eye surgeries every year (cataracts and pterygiums), in multiple areas of Mexico and at no cost to our patients.

We are urgently raising $150,939 to purchase 3 new phaco machines (the primary machine used in eye surgeries) and 3 additional surgical microscopes. We have already purchased one of each. Our current phaco machine supplies are no longer available to purchase. One of the new phaco machines will be dual functional with the capability to perform retina surgeries as well! This will be a first for Mission Flight clinics! We need to purchase this equipment soon to treat several patients in critical condition.

These eye surgeries are life-changing, not just for the people who receive these surgeries, but also for their entire families. Many of our patients are completely blind due to cataracts and all too often there is no money for caregivers. Consequently, children quit school, or adult children quit work to take care of their blind family members. It's incredible to be a part of restoring curable blindness because once sight has been restored, family members can return to school or work, while the formerly blind members become self-sufficient. Eye surgeries in this area of the world truly impact generations.

The expansion project would convert a 3400 ft2 hangar at our Eye Clinic in San Quintín, Mexico into a new, much-needed optometry center. This would enable us to see more patients, much faster, and allow patients to wait indoors.

2.  AIRCRAFT UPGRADES AND MAINTENANCE

The more we fly, the more people we serve!

While our aircraft are airworthy, their current aviation electronics (left image) are in legitimate need of modernization (right image) to better ensure safety in marginal weather, at night, and in remote locations. Upgrades will also maximize performance, allowing for greater fuel efficiency with the installation of GPS and auto-pilots and digital engine monitors.

$45,000 - 3 more planes need digital engine monitors at $15,000 ea

$160,000 - 8 planes need paint badly, not just to look nicer, but to prevent corrosion

$145,000 - 19-seater Metroliner avionics upgrades w autopilot

3.  PLANTING HOPE

This two-story center will house Planting Hope, an after-school program for at-risk children that teaches reading, writing, life skills, healthy cooking, and provides a safe place for tutoring, basic healthcare, after-school care, games, and Bible teaching. The program is run by Angelina Garcia, Mission Flight’s Mexico Clinics & Programs Director, and it has been her passion and joy for the past several years. Angelina leads teams of local volunteers year-round to care for dozens of kids in   the San Quintín, Mexico area.

This project will provide a permanent home for this program and is halfway completed!

Approximately only $14,000 more is needed to complete the 2nd story.

Make a difference in these kid's lives! Give generously today!

4.  THE HUICHOL INDIGENOUS PEOPLE GROUP

The indigenous Huichol people have lived in the mountains of Central Mexico for several hundred years and are the last unreached people group in Mexico. Currently, there are over 200 villages of various sizes in the very rugged and isolated region. Due to poverty and the remoteness of the communities, there is limited or no access to medical, dental, or optical care. People suffer from high rates of diabetes, chronic pain, and hypertension, which leads to preventable vision loss, nerve damage, and cardiovascular diseases.

Through aviation, we bring medical, dental, and optical teams to give treatment and hope to these villages. We share the Gospel, pray with each of the patients and families, run kids’ programs, provide health education, lead service and construction projects, provide emergency transport flights, and bring God’s love to the community through our services and programs.
