At New Futures, we partner with DC-area young adults who have historically had limited access to educational and economic opportunity, supporting them as they pursue education and careers that can change the trajectory of their lives and their families—and help break cycles that have limited opportunity for generations. We believe community college can be a powerful launchpad to financial stability, purpose, and mobility when students are supported with scholarships, advising, and a strong community behind them.

Because of donors like you, the New Futures model is working:

• 861 Scholars served (all time)
• $7.8M in scholarships awarded (all time)
• Since 2015, 90% of New Futures Scholars have graduated or are still persisting in their degree programs

I am now pursuing a nursing degree, a path that will allow me to serve my community and make a meaningful difference.
