Dear Friends,
This year has been a remarkable one for The Compassionate Listening Project, and we are excited to share our accomplishments with you. We’re especially excited to announce a generous $25,000 matching grant. This is an opportunity that doubles the impact of every gift and helps sustain this growing community of listeners, peacebuilders, and bridge-makers. As you’ll see below, our work has touched people around the world, nourishing community, supporting healing, and empowering individuals during a time when wisdom, connection, compassion and belonging are so deeply needed. We are profoundly grateful for your support toward a more peaceful world.
With love,
Leah Green & Camille Dickerson-Lemieux

2025 Year in Review
This year, with the support of our many donors, volunteers, workshop participants, facilitators, staff, and dedicated board of directors, we were able to grow our global reach and impact.
Through our long-established Compassionate Listening workshops, as well as new offerings like our monthly Compassion Circles, we expanded our ability to nourish connection and rekindle hope in a world that often feels fractured and divisive.
Our Global Impact
Participants and facilitator trainees came from 26 countries - a testament to the universal need for Compassionate Listening on every continent.
•Governing Board:
This year, we formed a new 10-member Board of Directors that reflects the growing diversity
within our organization. Our dedicated, highly skilled board-members strengthen our foundation and ensure that we
continue to grow with integrity, stability, and shared leadership
• Facilitator Certification:
We celebrated seven facilitators, including leaders from Lebanon, Palestine, and Rwanda, who are now bringing Compassionate Listening into their communities.
• Scholarships for Access and Equity:
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we awarded over $10,000 in scholarships this year, ensuring that people from diverse backgrounds and regions could participate, learn, and lead.
• Expanding Impact:
Compassionate Listening principles are now being applied and integrated in 36 more organizations worldwide, supporting peace and community building and personal transformation in settings ranging from hospitals and universities to intentional communities and conflict zones.
Thanks to a generous matching grant from a private donor, every gift up to $25,000 will be doubled! $25,000 in donations means $50,000 for TCLP!
With your support, in the coming year we will:
Strengthen our human infrastructure to support our community
Improve messaging, outreach, and marketing to expand our reach
Ensure sustainability by growing financial and community resources
Develop a vibrant learning community of practice for continued growth and connection
Why Your Support Matters
Your generosity keeps the light of Compassionate Listening shining brightly in the world. With your support, we can continue to provide tools and practices that foster personal growth, empathy, and constructive communication. By helping people build self-awareness and strengthen their relationships, the Compassionate Listening Project helps transform conflict into opportunities for understanding, connection, and transformation. Together, we inspire healing, hope, and renewal, from the inside out.
With every new workshop participant, facilitator, practice group member, a new community of peace is created. Because of them, Compassionate Listening is now happening in hospitals, schools, prisons, faith communities, businesses, universities, and homes. Every moment of presence becomes a small act of repair in a world longing for healing.
We envision a world where every act of listening
becomes an act of peace.
Where transformation begins within each heart,
and from that inner shift, the world itself is renewed.
Peace is not distant; it is something we become.
Your support brings that vision to life.
