Help us send 20 conservation leaders to the CCNet & CMP Rally
Approximately every two years, the Conservation Coaches Network (CCNet) - a global community of trained professional coaches that use the Conservation Standards to strengthen conservation action and results around the world get together and hold a rally to train, connect and support conservation practitioners to do better, smarter conservation all around the world. This year, they are joining forces with the Conservation Measures Partnership (CMP) - a community of conservation-oriented NGOs, government agencies, funders, and private businesses that work collectively to guide conservation around the world and are holding the first ever joint rally between the two organizations. This event holds the potential to unlock conservation impact around the world like never before.
The theme of this rally focuses on ”Harnessing synergies for inclusive conservation at scale” and will include networking opportunities, plenaries, and several concurrent interactive sessions for participants and include topics like Conservation Standards (CS) Guidance and Tools, Enhancing the Capacity of Coaches & Strengthening Our Network, Building , Planning with Indigenous & Local Peoples and Community-based Resource Management, Organizational Capacity (Maintaining / Adopting the CS), Protected Area Management, and Knowledge, Technology & Skills for the Emerging Future.
This rally is expected to give approximately 150 individuals from around the world the unique opportunity to share insight, innovation, and to enhance their skills in conservation impact. To make this event more inclusive and to help participants and organizations in historically underrepresented regions, we are seeking support to help keep travel costs down for these representatives to attend. Please help us make it possible to keep the Rally costs within reach for more of our participants and support the CCNet and CMP Rally in Chile.
