The Ohio Victim Witness Association (OVWA) is a leader for Ohio's crime victim advocates and allied professionals, and an advocate for the field of victim's services. Today, we are asking for your support as we work to save the future of victim's services in Ohio. Since 2018, Ohio's share of federal VOCA dollars has dwindled by 77%. We have already witnessed the closure of essential organizations, and today most programs are doing more with less. Victims of crime deserve access to holistic victim services that allow them to pursue justice, seek restitution, and restore a sense of safety.
