The Fall Harvest of Hope is not just an event; it's a pivotal occasion that raises nearly 39% of our annual operating budget. Every ticket purchased, every auction item bid upon, and every donation contributes directly to sustaining and expanding our vital programs. These include our Bread Truck, which delivers over 200,000 meals annually, our Youth Engagement Programs that provide safe and nurturing educational spaces, and our Free Health Clinic offering crucial medical care to the uninsured and underprivileged.

Port Ministries Fall Harvest Sponsorship:
The Fall Harvest of Hope is Port Ministries’ largest fundraising event of year. The funds we raise account for 39% of our annual budget. With donors like you, we are able to address the needs of our community through a series of programs and services that holistically work together.
There are five levels of sponsorship:
FRIEND (Up to $500) will receive social media and newsletter thank you and acknowledgement, Ten (10) FALL HARVEST TICKETS for you and your friend and family, Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Todd Belcore Meet & Greet, and a Bread Truck coffee mug.
SUPPORT (Up to $1,000) will receive logo in our sponsor page, social media and newsletter thank you and acknowledgement, 15 FALL HARVEST TICKETS for you and your friend and family, sponsor 10 community tickets for program participants, Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Todd Belcore Meet & Greet, and a Bread Truck coffee mug.
HERO (Up to $5,000) will receive a small company logo in event banner, logo in our sponsor page, social media and newsletter thank you and acknowledgement, 20 FALL HARVEST TICKETS for you and your friend and family, sponsor 15 community tickets for program participants, Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Todd Belcore Meet & Greet, and a Bread Truck coffee mug.
Champion (Up to $10,000) will receive a medium company logo on event banner, logo on our sponsor page, social media and newsletter thank you and acknowledgement, 30 FALL HARVEST TICKETS for you and your friend and family, sponsor 30 community tickets for program participants, Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Todd Belcore Meet & Greet, and a Bread Truck coffee mug.
BELIEVER ($40,000 and Over) The highest level of sponsorship. featuring all previous benefits, a large logo on the event banner, additional Fall Harvest of Hope Tickets, two TICKETS TO our VIP MEET & Greet with Community award winner, Todd Belcore, and an Opportunity for Naming rights to one of our Programs and Services.
