2024-2025 Annual Fundraiser

Cypress Families for Public Schools, with your ongoing support, has been doing amazing things in Cy-Fair ISD since its founding in 2021. Our contributions to the community have grown each year and we expect our biggest impact will be over the next two years as we work to retake the Board of Trustees. As a 501(c)4, we can use our funds for both charitable and political purposes. Over the next year, we intend to continue our current activities and fundraise for the 2025 CFISD election.

We are strongly encouraging our supporters to make an up front annual contribution to fully fund our programming and mission. Instead of asking you for money 4-5 times a year to fund a specific project, we are asking you to pay an annual CFPS due, so we have the financial stability and predictability to focus more on public education advocacy. 

The math is straightforward: our annual budget is essentially $6,000. If 300 people (less than 1/3 of the FB page membership) contribute just $20, then we will have $6,000 in August and be fully funded for the entire school year. 

In addition to our charitable expenses, we want to raise money that can spent for electioneering purposes in 2025. To that end, we are asking our supporters, based on their means, to consider giving at specific tiered levels to reflect their commitment to our vision for public schools in Cy-Fair.
