In just under a year, Colorwave has supported more than 130 diverse professionals gain the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive within the venture-backed startup ecosystem. In 2022, we hope to double our impact by serving nearly 250 new Colorwave fellows while also providing critical professional and career support to our growing alumni community.

As this year has shown, we could not have been able to do this work without the generous support of organizational partners and individual donors who deeply believe in our mission and movement to close the racial wealth gap by connecting Black, Latinx, and Native professionals to networks and opportunity within this sector!

It costs Colorwave roughly $2,000 per fellow to provide our world-class, life-altering  eight-week fellowship program. Here's how those costs are distributed:

- Coordination of weekly speaker leaders: $1,000

- Connecting fellows to industry professionals and employers: $700

- Cross-networking & fellowship amongst community: $200

- Resume/LinkedIn review and coaching: $100

Total Cost per fellow: $2,000

Your donation can help us scale our impact and meet our goal of diversifying America's innovation economy!
