Shakespeare is our first Labs and More Alumni! He joined our boy Diesel.  We have had him almost 9 years!  He is the best guard of the house, brother and foster brother!  We were so lucky he found us. And Robert is his!!

Cami is the second member of our little LAM family!  We have had her about 3 1/2 half years!  She experienced a lot of trauma in her life before joining our family.  It took a lot for her to trust people!  She is still cautious, and takes cues from us and the boys.  But we can always count on Cami to make us laugh!!

Sweet Choir was the third addition to our LAM family!  She had been badly mistreated, and wasn't in good shape when the Labs and More team rescued her!  The vets didn't think she had a chance. But this girl wasn't ready to give up yet!  And she loved Robert with her whole heart!  It got so she wouldn't let anyone else walk her, so we made it official and she adopted Bob!!  Unfortunately we were only able to have her a little over a year, but we made sure that she knew she was loved every one of those days!!

We lost our chocolate lab Diesel in the spring of 23!  Our hearts felt so empty!!  Again the Labs and More team found this handsome guy!  He had been left chained to a tree at the side of the road! Buford was skinny, with his coat orange from all the time he spent in the sun!  It took awhile for his tummy to get used to real food, but this big boy loved attention and playing fetch!!  We kept thinking we weren't ready for another chocolate, but after another family passed him up, "because he was too big"!!  We bought him in with our pack, and it was like he had always been with us!  So he is ours!  This boys would play fetch from morning until night, and then sleep with a ball in is mouth!!  We shortened his name to Ford, but feel so blessed to have him!

We would not have these special members of our family, if not for Labs and More Rescue!!  All of these guys were given a chance they wouldn't have had for a family and to be loved!!  We thank them everyday!
