You Matter Scholarship

Ever since that awful day when George Floyd lost his life, folks have been asking the same question: “where do we go from here?”

Nelson Mandela said “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.

We are offering an opportunity for you to take part in that most powerful weapon, that not only enhances lives, but it will be a lifelong investment as well.  This weapon will not only impact our youth of today but will continue to do so through future generations to come.

On May 25^th, 2020, George Floyd lost his life because a knee choked him to death and it took approximately 9 minutes to do so.  We want to provide a remembrance of going from 9 minutes of tragedy to 9 minutes of triumph! Won’t you join us in generating a total of  9  $1000.00 scholarships for 9 high school students who will be attending a college of their choice?
