Zoom Drop-In classes occur every Tuesday at 5 pm PST. You will receive an email with the Zoom link and password information the day of if you have purchased class by one hour before class.

With Anne Tyler, E-RYT 500, YACEP Geared for beginners but suitable for all levels, this 1 hr long Hatha slow flow is equal parts strength/stretch and is optimal for cultivating breath, body awareness, balance, flexibility, and a calm, stress-free nervous system. $18 per class. Sign up by 4pm the day of and receive the zoom link!
