Sumbel "Susan" Zeb is running to be your Collin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors, Place 2 at Large. 

My name is Sumbel "Susan" Zeb, a native North Texan deeply involved in community service here in Collin County. I live with my beautiful family in Plano, TX, where I'm actively engaged in the Plano West Rotary and Leadership Plano, the PTA, and many other organizations. My diverse professional background spans government, business, and non-profit development. 

I earned my BA from SMU and pursued further studies, attaining an MS in Public Administration, Political Science, and Journalism from UNT. It was at UNT while studying Public Administration that I learned not only how important local government is, but how to effectively manage it. 

I am thrilled to announce my candidacy for the countywide Place 2 position on the Collin Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. This new role will be on the municipal election ballot on Saturday, May 4th, 2024. 

I am dedicated to advocating for transparency, rebuilding trust, and fostering community outreach in our county.
