The Leukemia Foundation for Arizona's Children is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN 23-7255623) and an Arizona Tax Credit Qualifying Charitable Organization (ARS 43-1088). This program allows contributors to claim an Arizona income tax credit for contributions of up to $400 for those filing single or head of household and up to $800 for those filing married joint returns.
