YIMBYtown Raleigh 2026
YIMBYtown 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities
Raleigh, North Carolina | November 17-19, 2026
YIMBYtown is the national gathering of the pro-housing movement!
This event brings together advocates, policymakers, designers, developers, and organizers working to make cities more affordable, inclusive, and abundant. Each year, hundreds of leaders from across the United States and beyond gather to share ideas, build connections, and advance solutions to the housing shortage. YIMBYtown convenes a national network of leaders who are actively shaping housing policy and development in their regions. These are the people writing zoning reforms, advancing legislation, designing new housing, and organizing communities across the country.
In 2026, we expect to welcome 1,000+ attendees to Raleigh, North Carolina, one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the United States. For many, this will be a first look at the South as a front line of the housing movement, with the Triangle offering a real-time example of how American cities are growing and changing, and where the choices we make now will shape affordability, access, and opportunity for decades to come.
For sponsors, YIMBYtown offers direct access to a highly engaged, mission-driven audience at the center of the housing conversation. This is not a passive conference. It is a working coalition of decision-makers, practitioners, and advocates building projects, influencing policy, and leading change in real time. Sponsoring YIMBYtown positions your organization alongside the leaders of a growing national movement while providing meaningful opportunities for visibility, connection, and engagement. From stage recognition and curated networking to program sponsorships and on-site presence, sponsors are part of the experience, not just listed alongside it.
Your support also expands access to this work by funding scholarships for advocates, students, and emerging leaders, strengthening the coalition and ensuring the movement continues to grow.
YIMBYtown is where ideas turn into policy and connections turn into housing.
