Each year WWTLC will need an operating budget to cover the land contract payment, insurance and property taxes, as well as operating expenses associated with maintaining Land so that we may make it available and more accessible to all within our community. The reality is that we find ourselves in a state of near-constant year-round fundraising to ensure a steady flow of income throughout the year sufficient to allow us to cover expenses.
