Support the WRJ Southwest District!

WRJ Southwest District welcomes your support!  Your district dues are an invaluable source of funding but there is more work to be done!  Donations will be used by the Southwest District to provide services to sisterhood/women's groups - making visits, sending speakers and offering training, leadership and program development or troubleshooting,  Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today! *

A gift to the Southwest District is a wonderful way to recognize, remember or honor the special people in your life: your sisterhood/women's group board, your president, your district leaders, your mother, daughter, sister, friends and other family members.  You can even honor your clergy! Make a gift to WRJ Southwest District to say “thank you”, “happy birthday” or congratulations” or to send get-well or condolences.  An acknowledgement will be emailed to each person whose email address is provided.

The Support our Sisterhoods (SOS) Fund gives financial assistance to Southwest District members requesting help to attend leadership development events and sisterhoods requiring dues relief. The SOS Fund was created by local affiliate Congregation Gates of Prayer Sisterhood in Metairie, LA to help eliminate financial barriers for Southwest District sisterhoods.

The Soozi Waxman Camp Scholarship Fund was established in November 2020 to honor the memory of our beloved and long-time Southwest District member Soozi Waxman z"l. This fund will award $1,000 to a camper from each of the three URJ camps in our district (Henry S. Jacobs Camp, Greene Family Camp, Goldman Union Camp Institute).
