The WWHS Class of ‘65 had some money left in their treasury after their 2010 reunion activities. BAF board members Bill O’Brien and Bill File are members of this class. They were aware of a matching opportunity for donations made to new or existing BAF discretionary endowments. They made personal gifts which were supplemented by the money in the class account and this total was matched. As a result, the WWHS Class of ‘65 Fund will forever generate income that will be used to respond to grant requests presented to the Foundation’s Annual Community Grant Program.
