WIC 50th Anniversary Campaign

WIC is turning 50 in 2024!

The National WIC Association (NWA) promotes health and nutrition security for low-income and historically disadvantaged families. Our members provide access to healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and healthcare and social service referrals to almost 7 million low-income pregnant women, new mothers, babies, and young children through the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
