Why Go Vegan

Why Go Vegan is a new campaign dedicated to traditional vegan education. The website www.whygovegan.org.uk is now live. The campaign focuses on traditional veganism, the history of veganism and plant based lifestyles, the animal rights position, vegan values, ethics, morals, welfare washing, food justice, spiritual veganism, holistic veganism, self transformation, society transformation and the benefits of plant based lifestyles for health, environment and sustainable global food supplies.

We are currently raising funds to pay for the website + design and print for our first banners and leaflets, and to help create & promote our new 30 day vegan challenge, which starts on July 1st 2025

April 12th we launched in public at the Bristol Vegan Fayre

You are also invited to join our Core Support Team with a monthly donation to ensure the Why Go Vegan Campaign grows and develops. This support is essential in helping provide a bedrock on which to build.

June 2nd 2025 we launched our website www.whygovegan.org.uk , which also includes news & listings for vegan events, markets, community activities and gatherings, artists, musicians, comedians, authors and artistes, podcasts, independent vegan businesses and regional and national vegan campaign groups.
