Modern slavery is a global crisis, trapping hundreds of thousands in exploitation. I'm taking on an incredible cycling challenge to raise awareness and funds for Ride For Freedom, an organisation dedicated to breaking this cycle, empowering survivors and educating communities.

For years, I've cycled from London to Cannes as part of charity rides, but this year, I'm pushing the limits—riding self-sufficiently, covering long distances with no support, and reducing our carbon footprint along the way. It won't be easy—steep climbs, coastal winds, and heavy gear will test us—but the cause is far greater than the challenge.
