Loveacts is a registered incorporated nonprofit in the State of Texas. Our formation was recognized by the Secretary of State TX. January 19, 2018. LoveActs is a registered Public Charity exempt from Federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) 501 (c) (3). Donors may deduct contributions made to LoveActs under IRC Section 170 and LoveActs may also receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Effective date of Exemption: January 19th, 2018.
