Goal

Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues,

As many of you know, We Are Ill is an organization I currently serve on the board of and is incredibly close to my heart. They stand strong with women of color navigating the realities of Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic illnesses, providing vital programs and a powerful community. Their mission isn't just about support; it's about redefining what sick looks like – transforming challenges into strength and advocacy.

[This is where you come in.]

Before I joined the Board of Directors for We Are ILL, I was a support partner and friend for for two women diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). I saw firsthand the struggles Black women face; from the exhausting search for the right doctors and medications to the overwhelming costs of treatment and the fear that comes with every relapse. The journey was isolating, frustrating, and, unfair.

This year, We Are Ill is celebrating its 8th Anniversary, a testament to their unwavering dedication. Every dollar raised helps them continue creating life-changing programming – from educational workshops to emotional support networks – directly empowering women to navigate their diagnoses with strength and dignity.

Your contribution isn't just a donation; it's an investment in resilience. It helps provide resources, fosters a sense of belonging, and ultimately, helps redefine the narrative around chronic illness.

Please consider giving today to help us reach a goal of $8,000. Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of these incredible women.

Thank you for standing with me and with We Are Ill.

Sincerely,

Paris Jackson
