Wapack Hike for the Wild
Tom and Suzanne Perry of Londonderry, NH, and Emilie-Noelle Provost and Robert Hamilton of Lowell, MA, are through-hiking the historic 21.5-mile Wapack Trail on June 6, 2020 to raise funds for the Northeast Wilderness Trust's effort to expand the Binney Hill Wilderness Preserve, through which the trail runs. Their goal is to raise $5,000, which will go towards protecting a new 15-acre parcel of land as forever-wild, adding to 1,900+ acres of contiguous wilderness in southern New Hampshire. (More details to come soon on this new conservation project!)
The friends, who met two decades ago at Framingham University, are avid hikers and between the four of them, have climbed peaks in the White Mountains, the Berkshires, Quebec, Norway, and France.
Make a gift today to support the Wapack Hike for the Wild! Your contribution will go directly towards creating new wilderness in southern New Hampshire.
