Walt's World: Spay & Neuter Vouchers

Please use this link to purchase your Spay or Neuter Voucher from Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary's Walt's World Community program.

Spay/Neuter Program Guidelines:

• Vouchers are available for low-income households in Hart, Franklin, Stephens, and Elbert Counties. These vouchers are intended to help families experiencing financial hardship do their part in reducing the pet overpopulation crisis.

• Please note: Vouchers cannot be used for purebred or “designer breed” dogs.  If you need assistance getting a purebred or designer dog fixed, please email us for alternative resources.

• Each voucher must be used within one year of the purchase date and is valid only at Royston Animal Hospital, our participating veterinary partner.

 The voucher covers:

• Spay or neuter surgery

• One-year rabies vaccine

• Take-home pain medication

• Registered microchip
