Contributions to Vote Tobey are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual or regular PAC may contribute up to $6,650 during the entire election (includes the primary and general). Mega PACs may contribute up to $13.300 per the entire election (includes the primary and general). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Arizona law requires Vote Tobey to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of any individual who contributes more than $50 in an election.
