About Latisha Young

La’Tisha Young otherwise known as Tish, a mother of four and a lifelong resident of the City of Concord who dedicates her life to the children of Cabarrus County. 

She is the founder of Young Royals Enrichment INC founded in 2016 and has been employed with Atrium Health since 2017. 

Previous to her employment with Atrium Health Tish was an esteemed Lead Educator at the 5 star Logan Community Childcare Development Center.

Tish has served the community by feeding the children of Concord via the Cabarrus County School Summer Lunch Program as well as effortlessly volunteering at the Local Salvation Army.

A 1998 graduate from Concord High School, she furthered her education by receiving her credentials in Early Childhood Development I and II from Rowan Cabarrus Community College as well as numerous certifications including; Peer Support Specialist Certification February 2020, Triple P Practitioner Certification 2016, Mental Health First Aid 2010 currently updated September 2021, CDL’s Class B Certification 2003.

Along with the various certifications Tish’s executive experience includes but not limited to approving finance and ensuring regulations were followed, researched best practices, played an active role in hiring and training  employees and developing future leaders.

Additionally, Tish also served as the Director for  several summers at Grace Lutheran Church and Mt. Olive Church, Summer Camp which serve the city of Concord.
