VOTE NO on Cityhood May 24th

Help fund a multi-partisan coalition of East Cobb residents and businesses who are convinced incorporating East Cobb will only lead to higher taxes and a new complex layer of expensive city government.

Mobilizing voters to defeat this referendum requires funds to:

  1. Print yard signs and literature
  2. Run digital ads
  3. Rent meeting rooms to hold public forums

We don't have much time and are ramping up quickly.

Many thanks for all you're doing ECA, and for keeping us informed. Amazing job and hoping we soundly reject this awful citihood push!!

We need to learn our History, of what Ernest Barrett did to create our excellent Cobb County way of life. Ignorance in these matters is shameful.

I believe our community is just fine; nothing broke and this whole idea about a city is much ado about nothing

Please keep our community fully functional, safe and in a decent tax range. This will only cause more price increases for everyone

East Cobb resident for 30+ years. No complaints about county services...they are very good. We have enough politicians now...don’t need another layer of bureaucracy...certainly no more unnecessary tax increases! NO NO NO

We dont want or need a madeup, unnecessary "city" to rob us further than we are already. We also don't want or need bureaucrats making decisions for us. NO MORE TAXES. LESS REGULATONS AND RED TAPE /NOT/ MORE.

I thought we had already defeated this sham. Please send me two yard signs in case the first one gets taken. Best of luck.

My wife and I have lived in East Cobb for 34 years and have been very satisfied with the local government structure and governance. The last thing we need is to create another layer of government serving the personal needs and ambitions of Matt Dollar, other politicians and developers.

Thank you for supporting a continuing, excellent Unincorporated Cobb, just as Ernest Barrett strived to create! We cannot forget our history.

I live in the Westchester Subdivision which is off Marby Rd north of Shallowford. Our subdivision is not within the proposed boundary for the City of East Cobb. If the city is created it will take away our closest fire station affecting response times for our area. Those of us outside the proposed boundary will also be adversely affected if this new unnecessary city is created.
