The Viramontes case that will be argued before the Supreme Court this fall is WAY more than just another 2A case.  In deciding this case, the Court can clarify the application of Bruen AND define an "arm" for purposes of Second Amendment protection.

The impacts will be felt far and wide.  Proper application of Bruen would make it nearly impossible for the state to justify laws like the excise tax, the roster, and dozens of CCW restrictions.  Legal challenges to bans on firearms, suppressors, and ammo would get a HUGE boost.

But even with a favorable Court, there's work to be done.  Our opponents are motivated and very well funded.  CRPA's amicus brief campaign will ensure that appropriate legal and historical research backs the CORRECT decision in this case!
