My first hope is that Buddy survives and my second is that Karma comes down really hard on these two assholes because the law won’t give anywhere near the punishment these two pricks deserve. I am tired of hearing about cats being targeted by assholes with dogs and as a cat owner I wish we still had vigilantiism to deal with people like this - now that would be Karma.
