"Combat Veteran Reacts" community protects Ukraine‘s Lyut (Rage) warriors

Lyut (eng "Rage", “Fury”) is what Ukrainians feel now. It symbolizes our indomitable will and desire to defend their Motherland.

During the War in Donbas, Ukraine turned local police, militias, paramilitaries and volunteers from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions that remained loyal to Ukraine into impromptu military formations called special purpose units, that specialized in assault operations, Lyut is one of them.

The assault brigade of the National Police "Lyut" was created on the basis of combat experience and modern methods of training fighters. 

"Lyut" participated in battles for Kyiv and the region and in many operations in the east of Ukraine (including 2023 counteroffensive, battle for Bakhmut, battle for Klishchiivka and many more). They successfully fulfilled our tasks and continue to win back Ukraine’s Independence now defending Chasiv Yar and Kharkiv region.

They are Ukraine’s shield and sword!

In cooperation with Ukraine Aid Ops, Paul from the "Combat Veteran Reacts" youtube channel wants to raise at least $40.000 for Lyut. It will be divided amongst 3 of its regiments: Tsunami, Safari and L.u.hansk 1.  A large portion of the raised funds will go to jammers and analyzers. Other needed items are: Anti-thermal coats (protecting the soldiers againt thermal vision), thermals night vision, power stations and generators.     

The Lyut servicemen showed themselves as true professionals and heroes. Their contribution to the country's defense is enormous. We are proud to know these brave warriors who, risking the most precious - their lives, fulfill their duty!
