Venezuela Vibra y Renace

A Benefit Concert to Support Earthquake Relief in Venezuela

Curated by multi-instrumentalist/producer, Jackeline Rago, Venezuela Vibra y Renace supports Venezuelan musicians and artists deeply affected by the recent earthquakes and the ongoing challenges in their communities. As the country gradually resumes its economic activity, musical events, celebrations, and cultural activities are still largely on pause. Many musicians have lost their ability to work and face extremely difficult circumstances. Some have lost their homes and belongings in the earthquakes, while others have been evicted following formal inspections by local authorities.

The goal of Venezuela Vibra y Renace is to raise funds to support musicians who are struggling to survive while using music and dance as tools for community connection and recovery. The funds will help cover essential expenses for the participating artists—including transportation, food, and a basic honorarium—so they can bring live music and dance to some of the communities most affected.

These performances are envisioned as interactive experiences, rather than traditional concerts. Community members will be invited to sing, play, dance, and participate alongside the artists. In this way, the project can provide both direct support to local musicians and a meaningful opportunity for communities to reconnect, celebrate their culture, and begin healing together.

Funds raised will be channeled through CREA FUNDS, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that connects global funders with trusted local civil society organizations working to create meaningful and sustained change in Venezuela. Crea Funds’ initiatives address urgent human needs, expand economic opportunities, and harness the power of arts and culture to promote healing and rebuild the country’s social fabric. Crea Funds’ local partners include Fe y Alegría, Acción Solidaria, and Fundación Impronta.

Let’s come together in solidarity, unite our strength, and support communities in need. Thank you!
