Valley Neighbors of the Flathead is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 86-2676456. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. All donations are non-refundable. Valley Neighbors maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. In practice, Valley Neighbors honors the giving preferences whenever possible. In rare cases, when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly release Valley Neighbors from any restrictions on how those funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any contribution.
