Student Scholarship and Other Financial Assistance

Thank you for your generous donation to support displaced students from Gaza. EJF is a U.S. - based 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit private foundation dedicated to supporting higher education and humanitarian needs for the disadvantaged worldwide.

EJF partnered with The Gaza Scholarship Initiative (GSI), a coalition of volunteers - writers, academics, artists, professionals, and concerned individuals - who share the same mission. GSI serves as the independent review and selection committee for the EJF's grant-making program, Gaza: Student Scholarship and Other Financial Assistance.

Your contribution to EJF will provide assistance to individuals experiencing financial hardship and or distress in the U.S. and in other countries. Financial assistance includes: humanitarian and emergency relief, relocation costs, government fees, tuition and other related institutional fees, books, supplies and material, room and board, and other cost of living expenses necessary to support and maintain academic attendance. Upon review, verification and regular oversight, grants are paid directly to the academic institution, other third parties for the benefit of the student, and or directly to the student as a one-time or recurring stipend.
