What Your Donation Supports

• The first $1,000 raised will go directly to KIND (Kids in Need of Defense), supporting unaccompanied and separated children
• The next $10,000 will fund a new Admin and Communications position, making our work more sustainable and amplifying our reach
• Every dollar beyond our $11,000 goal - half will go to our DMV Support Fund, providing direct assistance to our neighbors in need

Why an "Uprising"?

Like the early communities that "turned the world upside down" with their alternative vision of society, we believe churches like ours need to speak truth to power. We reject domesticated discipleship and witness to an extravagant, inclusive love that challenges the counterfeit gospels of capitalism and nationalism.

We need an uprising in our visibility and sustainability so we can contribute to the greater uprising God dreams of—one that speaks a better word and makes clear there is a more beautiful way forward.
