University City Science Center

For almost 60 years, the Science Center has powered progress that changes lives, grows companies, uplifts our region, and improves our world. Over the past decade, we’ve helped over 500 companies raise more than $1B in capital, hire talent, and deliver new products that help us live longer, and better.  And those companies have created 1 out of every 100 jobs in the region, funneling $13 billion into the economy annually.    

Now more than ever, we need to scale our efforts and bring our resources to all founders in every neighborhood, so that more good ideas and promising companies can succeed. We need more promising technology to find its way into the marketplace, and we need more startups with the potential to change the world to find success. But it takes more than a bright idea – and luck – to succeed in the competitive science and technology landscape.
