Children of the Truth Series: The Holy Table of Allah for All the Beloveds
The Holy Table of Allah for All the Beloveds
A Fourteen-Week Deep Dive into the Ocean of the Complete Love & Subtle Mercy
This class series hopes to explore the lives and sayings of the awliya, those blessed beings who lived in the time following the death of the Prophet Muhammad (salla allahu alayhi wa-salam), whose lives were examples of the love of Allah made manifest in this world, through experientials, interactive classes, and bonus classes to meet, reflect, and discuss the teachings.
"This is the Table of Allah for the one who has searched for the real food to know his heart and to know his spirit. If he is ready, he can open the door and cross the threshold into the Heart of God. He can sit at the Table and find the real food of love and peace and mercy through the deep knowing. This Table is for all of my beloveds of all backgrounds.
This chance is a jewel but it is not like the jewel that you have known before. He says, “Come, I am waiting to show you My light. I am the only answer for you. In reality there is nothing else, only Me. This is your time—don’t wait. The time is like a sword. If you do not know how to use it, it will hurt you. Use it to create and not to destroy.
After this, you will carry this path, and in this path, there is no separation, no he or she, no male or female—only God.
Sufism is the annihilation of the moods of the self … [Sufism] is remembrance with reunion and ecstasy of love with obedience … It is the purity of closeness after the cloudiness of distance, and sitting with Allah completely.
Why does Allah give the name mahabba (gift of love) to this quality of love?
The yearning (himma) of the student is oil in the fire of God’s Passion which makes this fire in the heart of the lover grow very hot and strong and bright …
Connect with the stories of the holy beloveds who walk in the Way of God, each one searching for his Reality."
