History is filled with examples of wars in which winter itself played a major role in the fighting, weakening the forces of unprepared combatants through its harsh temperatures. This fundraiser is aimed at preparing Ukraine's defenders for their specific needs during the winter season.
Good winter gear can make a very big difference. With a good winter uniform, you are bundled up on a chilly night grumbling about the cold. Without a good winter uniform, you are shivering uncontrollably as frostbite sets in and serious injuries occur to hands and feet which require medical treatment and hospitalization (or worse).
Other specific winter needs are thermo underwear, winter sleeping bags & matrasses, generators, powerstations, stoves, tactical winter gloves and over boots. All indispensable, life-saving items.
This campaign aims to create a long-term fund from which specific winter items can be provided. The intermediate goals is $ 600.000 for which we aim to puchase and deliver at least the following items:
- 2500 winter uniforms
- 2500 winter boots
- 500 winter sleeping bags & matrasses
- 1000 overboots
- 1000 tactical winter gloves
- 100 generators
- 200 power stations

As this is a longer running campaign, we have been able to deliver various batches of the listed items already, and we know which products are received well by the defenders and still reasonably priced.

President Putin has jailed or killed all opponents of his brutal regime, invaded a sovereign country, throwing all the common men of fighting age into his war against Ukraine, enough Putin. It is time for the people of Russia to rise up to allow their country to become respected once more. Peace to the world will come only with the removal of invaders of all countries, democracy starts with respect and understanding. Glory to Ukraine, glory to world peace.
